Your billing and shipping information is stored at the Prescription level of your account. To find this information, head to your dashboard.
1. Once logged in, click on My Subscriptions.
2. Find your prescription and click Manage Prescription.
3. Your shipping address will be listed under Shipment Address.
4. Your current payment method will be listed under Payment Method.
Please note any changes made to your shipping or billing will only affect future orders. If you have already been charged for your order and would like to make any changes, please contact us.
